Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order delivery time is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. Most orders are processed within 1 - 4 business days. Please note that during peak periods, processing times might be slightly longer.

Shipping time: The time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination.

Note: Some products may ship separately and arrive at different times because we use multiple warehouse locations.

Shipping may take longer than estimated for certain countries. During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), your shipment may take a few extra days. We never sacrifice product quality for speed — thank you for your understanding.

Order Changes

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

Customs clearance
Peak seasonal shipping volumes
Carrier delays
Severe weather
Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Aeivalo is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
